Laura works mostly on a mentorship basis to allow space, trust and time for shells to be cracked and core to be revealed.

Nevertheless, she exceptionally offers one-off sessions under 2 circumstances :

  1. Emergency situations such as acute crisis

  2. Follow-up after completion of a 3 month mentorship
